ACE is seeking passionate, culturally-responsive educators to help build our inaugural cohort of learners. Teachers at ACE design and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction that celebrates and integrates students' diverse cultural backgrounds. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues, families, and community partners to create an inclusive, joyful learning environment.

The School Social Worker at ACE provides direct social-emotional support to students and families, fostering a safe and nurturing school climate. This role involves individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with teachers and administrators to develop individualized support plans. A deep commitment to culturally affirming practice is essential.

The School Secretary is the welcoming face and operational backbone of ACE's front office, managing daily administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, student records, and visitor coordination. This individual ensures our school runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a warm, professional environment for students, families, and staff.

Paraprofessionals at ACE work alongside classroom teachers to support the academic, social, and behavioral needs of individual students or small groups. This role requires patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to student growth. Experience working with diverse learners in an urban school setting is highly valued.

ACE's Guidance Counselor will support students' academic planning, college and career readiness, and personal development throughout their school journey. This individual serves as a key connector between students, families, and available resources, helping each student navigate challenges and achieve their full potential within a culturally affirming framework.
